To be clear you get paid for 5 days.

We wanted to do something special to reward our super talented and high performing team for their contribution during COVID.

The experiment ended in August 2021 and now the 4 day week is embedded in the DNA of our business.

Please note that TRUST is the underlying reason for the success of our 4 day week experiment. This would not be effective with employees who are di&*heads.

You have an OOO explaining that you work a 4 day week and their might be a delay in your response.  You have a voice mail explaining that you work a 4 day week and their might be a delay in response.  Every client and candidate email or call has different time expectations.  We expect you to respond in a timely manner that is appropriate to the circumstances of the email or call.

Yes.

If you are not contactable and unable to respond to a client or candidate call or email then you book leave.

If the business isn’t performing it is highly likely that there are individuals who are not performing. Those individuals will therefore be exited from the business (following the appropriate processes and time scales).
